Description of Service

E7sebly is a bill-splitting application that uses AI technology to scan receipts and help users divide expenses fairly. The service includes receipt scanning, manual item entry, bill calculation, optional accounts, saved groups, bill history, contact linking, partner offers, and optional push notifications. You may use some features as a guest; account features require sign-in.

Account Terms

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Usage Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, we implement daily usage limits on receipt scanning. These limits may change at our discretion. Attempting to circumvent these limits, abuse the service, or evade security controls may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered receipt scanning may not always produce perfect results. You must verify scanned items, quantities, and prices before finalizing your bill split or making payments. E7sebly is not responsible for errors in receipt scanning, calculation, or how splits are used between diners.

Cloud Sync and Guest Merge

Bill data is stored primarily on your device. When you sign in, groups and related data may sync to our servers. If you used the app as a guest before creating an account, local completed bills may be uploaded once to merge into your account. By signing in, you consent to this sync and merge behavior.

User Responsibilities

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate account and contact information
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Not attempt to bypass usage limits, blacklists, or security measures
• Not use the service to process fraudulent or illegal receipts
• Only link contact information you have permission to use

Partner Offers

Partner offers, discounts, and loyalty features are provided by third-party restaurants and partners. E7sebly does not guarantee offer availability, accuracy, or redemption. Offers may change or end without notice. Redemption is subject to partner terms and verification on site.

Intellectual Property

The E7sebly app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by E7sebly and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

E7sebly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E7sebly and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law
